My experience from the start up until now has been worse than Horrible. They lack communication , you can never get in touch with anyone, and they also sold me a car with bad brakes and rotors. From the jump, it has been a hassle through financing and customer service. Worst managers. Purchased a 25,000.00 car with bad brakes and scratches on the paint. Had the brakes inspected after having the car for few weeks because I noticed the car was making a whistling noise when I stopped . Come to find out that they were in bad shape before I received the car. Informed the manager about it after I’ve already gone through a horrible experience purchasing the car and he wouldn’t/ couldn’t do anything about it. I can literally write a whole three paragraph essay on my horrible experience with Steve Rayman Chevrolet. Please DO NOT , DO not purchase from this place. You won’t regret it. More
I recently purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu here 2 months ago. It has been in the shop 3 times in my city which is 2 hours away from the dealership. I have called, emailed, and texted for 3 weeks now months ago. It has been in the shop 3 times in my city which is 2 hours away from the dealership. I have called, emailed, and texted for 3 weeks now for assistance with this issue, and to obtain warranty information, and no one has contacted me. It amazes me how you drive on the lot, and you have more than enough attention and assistance. But once the sale ia final, you are no longer priority. I would highly recommend purchasing a car local rather than miles away from home. More

My sales person was Mr. Ortega. He did such a great job. One of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I bought over 20 cars in my lifetime and this was by Ortega. I bought the car in December of 2024. It’s now May of 2025 and still no tag. They sold me a car that had a lien from the previous owners and avoided my calls. Paid for 2 different warranty and when got my paperwork then switched it .and now want own up either warranty, I filed several complaints with chevy headquarters never heard back from them.called them many then switched it .and now want own up either warranty, I filed several complaints with chevy headquarters never heard back from them.called them many times they transfer me many times and want call back. Paid for rock chip warranty 1200.00 for 10 years and now it just less 1 year.still was denied to fix rock chips on my new 2024 suv.also Paid 3500.00 for 10 year or 150k miles warranty when got my paperwork it was switched to 5 year or 50k.what ever u do don't go there buy any new car or truck them are very dishonest people. I recently brought my Suburban to this dealership due to an unusual sound coming from the rear end. After a week of waiting, they diagnosed the issue as a compressor problem, and I proceeded with the repair an unusual sound coming from the rear end. Upon driving the vehicle off the lot, the issue persisted exactly as it had before. I contacted the dealership to inform them that the problem had not been resolved, expecting that they would prioritize the matter. Instead, I was told that it would take an additional three days for them to diagnose the issue again, and that I would be charged another diagnostic fee if it was unrelated to the original problem. As anticipated, the dealership returned with a new issue that should have been identified during the initial inspection. Not only did they insist on charging an additional diagnostic fee, but their repair estimate was more than double the quote from a reputable independent repair shop. I declined further work, and when I went to pick up the vehicle, I was told that they had removed the diagnostic fee and acknowledged a misquote of over $1,200. This experience has severely impacted my trust in this dealership. I cannot recommend a business that treats its customers with such a lack of transparency and professionalism. I will not be returning for any future service needs. More
