My wife and I truly enjoyed our car buying experience today. We drove off the lot in a new Chevy Suburban and couldn't be happier! The loan coordinator was very warm and personable and LISTENED to what I said I needed. The finance representative was the same way as I signed my contract. Most importantly, the young lady, Salim, accompanied me the ENTIRE time I was there making sure I was comfortable viewing and testing all the vehicles I was interested in and taking notes. I brought my 2009 Avalanche into the repair shop because of a strange noise. The service department was able to diagnose the problem and repair it.
