The service staff worked equally hard to get me in and out within an hour’s time when I returned a week later to have an additional safety option installed on my car. The atmosphere was light so I did not feel pressured to make an on the spot decision. Hats off to Ray the Social Media Director for going the extra mile to make this an experience that will bring me back in a few years when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle.
