I recently purchased a vehicle from Steve Rayman Chevrolet in Smyrna and I must say I was impressed with the sales and service staff. The sales representatives were very informed about the vehicle Chevrolet in Smyrna and I must say I was impressed with the sales and service staff. The sales representatives were very informed about the vehicles and worked hard to provide me with the best value for my money. The service staff worked equally hard to get me in and out within an hour’s time when I returned a week later to have an additional safety option installed on my car. The atmosphere was light so I did not feel pressured to make an on the spot decision. Hats off to Ray the Social Media Director for going the extra mile to make this an experience that will bring me back in a few years when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle. Dan Schian took his time explaining the various finance / extended warranty options. Joao Lopes was a great salesperson because, as fickle as I am, he happily showed me dozens of different cars without pressuring me to settle on one that i would not be happy with. More

This dealership was not the problem. They had nice cars and Brian in finance was extremely nice. It was however the salesman that was the issue. Although I went to see two vehicles, he decided to show me another car instead. He didn't give me the actually carfax and then he calls saying the bank wanted more money. I called the bank and they said this was false. Long story short, I was tricked into getting a car that had been wrecked although it was a 2012. Needless to say I took it back and went to Kia. Its a shame how people try to get over on you when you are actually planning to purchase a car. More

I would not recommend this dealer to anybody. Came in an talked to Brian Jackson was told my interest rate and approval amount. Walked out without a car because I did not want a brand new car.
