I wanted to trade my 2009 Chevy Avalanche in for a 2011 Tahoe. According to Kelly Blue Book, I owed a little bit more the what the website valued my truck for. He sat down with me, listened to me, and most importantly 'shot me straight'. After test driving a few Tahoe's, I found the one that just right. Mike had my Avalanche appraised, worked out all the pricing and in about one hour I was leaving in my new Tahoe LTZ I am extremely happy with the friendly customer service I received not only from Mike but from Susan Brown the Finance Manager as well.
