I was out of work for 10 months and have some things on my credit that are making it difficult to get approved. I gave Rick all my inforamtion over the phone to start the credit process. I told him I do not want to make a trip in unless they could get me qualified. After some back and forth over the phone answering questions they had the General manager called with some final questions and said that he could get the deal done on the vehicle I was interested in. All approved! My wife and I make the 120 mile round trip the next morning to purchase the vehicle if it met our approval which it did. After sitting at his desk for about an hour the manager came in and said that he could not get the deal done! And came up with some BS story of how it was against the new privacy laws to tell us over the phone that we did not qualify! Well it has not stopped most of the other dealers that I have been working with. A dealer ship that has no regard for a prospective customer sure would not be there after the sale! Just tell the TRUTH!!!!!! More
