My experience was a disaster. From a lack of communication and urgency, it wasn't good. Greg was a great advisor. He was informative and made helpful suggestions. My my service didn't take as long as it normally does, which was a plus. My only complaint is that the system timed out twice so we had to run the transaction 3 times, but my banking app shows 3 separate charges. I'm now out of $400 temporarily until the bank sorts things out. Thankfully I had the funds to run a third transaction, but that may not be the case for everyone. Get your payment system updated immediately! More
