Only reall good thing about the dealership was the poor sales person. He did his best and sold me a car. My problem was with the finance person and manaement. I did not feel like a valued customer. They told me if I purchased the the protection pack I would have LoJack on the car. What they did not disclose was that LoJack is only a trial for 1 year. So why should I have wasted my money? I should not ahve to go back to the dealership for some joker to walk me thru on how to get the Lojack on the car. More
Took almost a month with almost no communication at first to get maintenance done. Truck smelt like auto grease when I picked it up, no protective coverings in truck. Well to start I made an appointment for my vehicle to be checked out for the Sirius antenna, I get there and is told that I will have to leave vehicle, so I had to make another appointment to drop vehicle o checked out for the Sirius antenna, I get there and is told that I will have to leave vehicle, so I had to make another appointment to drop vehicle off for brakes and radio antenna. So they decided to hook my car to the scanner and send me a list of everything but what I took it in for. After about a week and no update on my call I decided to call after being on hold for 40 min, someone answer and said I can send a message to the advisor who had the vehicle to call you back., after another 2 days I call again and after long hold the same girl pick up and told same thing she had to send a message and still no return call. Finally I go to dealership and speak to advisor and tell him what I want done to the car. I was told car would be ready in 2 days. Go to pick car up pay for work only to find out they never did fixed what I took it for and then say I refused it. Then they had to order part and it would take another 3-5 days. So I take the vehicle back after 6 days and no call about part being in, after leaving it again for 3 days called to check if car was done had to leave a message, I get a callback at the end of their day saying they ordered the wrong piece and it would be another 3-5 days. So I call today just for an update and was told a manager would have to call me back because the new advisor I left the car with quit and they are trying to see what is going on with my car. This is the worst dealership for communication and customer service. Very bad experience. More
