John, I feel that if you require that all cars being sold at you dealer ship have nitrogen in their tires and a paint protectant on the car. (they should be given a choice) What if any paint protectant was applied to the car? What was it and was it done how and when? I am still waiting for loan payment information. What PNC branch payment due date and information about how to make a payment, Coupon book, ACH or online? Have someone give me that info. The customer should be given a choice as if they want to opt into your service program. I have purchased 4 new cars in the last 14 months this is the first time I have seen it. The DOC fee should be called what it is a D&H fees DOC is a misuse of terms. Thank you for your time I am looking forward to your response. Robert Pfankuch
