Complete disrespect of my time and money!!!! Recieved a letter in the mail stating I was pre-approved for a 30000 loan, all I had to do was show up and pick out the auto I wanted. So when I arrived I was told that wasn't guaranteed, even after I called the number on the paper, it was just a ploy to get people to the dealership. I have dealt with this dealership in the past and even purchased a car there, so I was like what the heck lets see what we can do. After 3 hours of waiting I was told everything is approved your good to go!! I was then told " oh wait there is a better deal pending" and they would call me Monday morning being that this was Saturday night . So after waiting for hours Monday , I finally call the dealership and ask what is going on, this of course is after I texted and called the sales person over 20 times!!!!!!!!! With no response at all. Finally got somebody on the phone only to tell me they couldn't accept the trade I have without a co-signer. I then call and have my wife add her self as a co-signer, they told me that once again the deal was done....they would call me with the details.....again nothing at all......we call the sales person again over 10'times with no response at all, then we call the dealership on multiple occasions and get the run around with promises of return calls etc, and of course nothing at all. Anyway we get ready to walk away and just be done with it, we get a call from the dealership, ok we have you approved come on down and sign the paper work and drive your new car home . This makes the third trip there, I live 67 miles away from the dealership. I asked for the details of the loan before I made the trip, I was told the only person who could discuss would be the sales person or the manager, of course neither were available to talk. So I asked the young lady who called me " are you sure the deal is done ?!!" She said " yes!!" So today I leave work 2 hours early to make the trek down there again, 3rd time, only to be met by my sales person of whom I had an appointment and he tells me" I had no clue you were coming" then he proceeds to tell me they don't have any deal completed, and the only way they could do anything is if I decline to trade my car...which was made clear from The beginning wasn't an option. There was never any apologies issued for the problem, not even a call back from the manager of the dealership. It was a complete direspect of my time , and my money....:I would advise anybody who is looking for a chevorlet or used car make the drive up 85 to rick Hendrix, theses guys are the most unprofessional, disrespectful, guys I have ever seen. I will never return, and will make sure anybody I speak to knows that this dealership is a joke and they don't value their guest!!!!! More

Bait & Switch Tactics of Steve Rayman Chevrolet I have had a terrible experience with Steve Rayman Chevrolet. I have been looking for a used 2016 Blue or a true Red 2SS Camaro that is a convertible I have had a terrible experience with Steve Rayman Chevrolet. I have been looking for a used 2016 Blue or a true Red 2SS Camaro that is a convertible and automatic. I used Autobytel to search and got connected with Steve Rayman Chevrolet. I got hooked up with Crystal Clinner of Steve Rayman Chevrolet's Internet Sales Department. Crystal called me to let me know she had the car that I was looking for in blue in stock and I need to come and see it. I asked Crystal for the mileage, price and Carfax for the car. Crystal would never give me the information. I called Steve Rayman Chevrolet and then spoke to Audrey and she advise that she would have someone contact me soon about the car. Never heard back. I called back again and spoke to Leslie and was advised that the inventory manager would call me back in 5 minutes. On my 3rd call back, I asked for the General Manager of Steve Rayman Chevrolet to give me a call to let me know if they have the car or not and why am I getting jerked around. No Call Back. The bottom line is that Steve Rayman's sale team is a bunch of bait and switch people that will do anything including lying about their cars in inventory to get you to their dealership in hopes of convincing you to buy their car. They don't want to give you information in writing. I do not feel they are very trustworthy and I would advise not to use them if you are looking for something specific. WOW, Then Business Manager Ray Whitlow is now trying to talk his way out of the poor service and bait and switch of his staff. RAY -- READ MY POST - YOUR RESPONSE does not match my issue. Autobytel did not give me specific Camaros for sale but referred my information to all of the local Chevrolet Dealers that I was in the market for 2016 Camaro. The referals give dealers like Steve Rayman on people interested in cars they sell. The Business Manager Ray W knows this. After 2 previous conversations on what I what Camaro I wanted with Crystal Clinner, Steve Rayman's Internet Sales Staff Member Crystal Clinner called me again on 1/31/17 around 11AM to advise me that Steve Rayman Chevrolet had the 2016 Blue 2SS Camaro that I was looking for. I have proof of my e-mail back to her at 12:39 PM on 1/31/17 about the car, asking for additional information such as price, mileage and CarFax information and the hours of operation of the dealership. Crystal emailed me back only that your last appointment was at 7:30pm. I emailed her back for the information and call 3 additional times speaking with three different Sales staff each time being promised a call back. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. Your General Manager has never called me and if he did why did he not leave a message. WHY didn't RAY W not reach out and speak with me. I am not surprised after seeing the other bad reviews on yelp. More

Being that I've had credit issues in the past, they w I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox from this dealership on 1/27/17. No problems at all with them. Being that I've had credit issues in the past, they were kind and willing to work with me on getting a new vehicle. Interest rate lowered and I'm in a great vehicle. It was easy to give them the documents that they needed for me to purchase the car. No problems whatsoever. Will go back again. More

I called on the afternoon of 12/30 and again on the morning of 12/31 to confirm Unfortunately, my experience confirms jackmac's review of 11/28/2016. I called on the afternoon of 12/30 and again on the morning of 12/31 to confirm that they had a specific car for sale (2015 red Leaf). Both times the person I spoke to said "Let me check". Upon returning to the phone they said "We have good availability, What time can you come in?". That sounded fishy, so I asked if the specific car I was looking at was available, the red 2015 Leaf listed at $8500 (including dealer fees). Both times they said yes, that car was on the lot. I talked with Ryan for several minutes on the 12/31 call, and I even asked why it was no longer listed on their website. He said they have 600 cars and they rotate them and if they listed them all their website would crash. I drove over to look at the car, arriving about 60 minutes after talking to Ryan on the phone. Ryan had told me to ask for Jamie (apparently the manager) when I got there. I told Jamie that I was interested in the Red Leaf listed for $8500, and he acknowledged that I was wanted to look at that Leaf. I stepped outside with a salesperson (forgot his name) and he walked me to a grey leaf and told me that the red Leaf "must have been sold". I told the salesperson I had been lied to by two people. His response was "I've never lied to you." I walked away. I can't believe people still do business this way. Based on earlier reviews and my experience I don't think it's just one bad egg. My impression is that it is systemic at Steve Rayman Chevy. I felt like I needed to shower after dealing with them. Yuck! More
