Tim is knowledgable, helpful and practical with recommendations, I have been a customer at that location long before Mr, Raymond bought the franchise and as long as the front line folks treat me as a friend and not a money bag, I will continue to regularly visit and they can keep my 02 Avalanche running for another 100,000 miles. Very Dissappointing Experience from Unprofessional Dealer I was one of the first people to call in on a 2009 For Expedition as soon as it was posted. I was invited by Ryan to come in that day to see the vehicle. After an hour drive, I arrived and the car was beat up, had not been detailed, needed body work and wasn't ready for sale. I expressed my frustration to Arthur and Cory, the managers, who assured me the vehicle would be ready soon. I got a call from the same Ryan a few days later who set-up an appointment assuring me that the vehicle was now ready. I arrived and the vehicle was in the same shape in the same spot as the previous visit, completely unready for sale. I expressed my strong disappointment (again) to Arthur (manager) who assured me that he personally would make sure I was contacted when the vehicle was ready to see. Today, I contacted the sales rep to set an appointment with me for 2pm to see the vehicle. I explicitly expressed to the rep, "I don't want this vehicle sold out from under me because I have been tracking it for a full two weeks." When I arrived on time to my appointment, I was informed that the vehicle was just sold to someone else. I talked with Arthur and told him how frustrated and unprofessional it was to have customer come to your dealership three different times staying in touch along the way, only to show-up and have the vehicle already sold before your appointment time. From my experience, this dealer is very unprofessional, cares nothing about the time of their customers and interested in getting a quick sale no matter how it damages their reputation. I am quite disappointed and plan to share my experience with anyone in my circle of influence so they don't have a repeat of my bad experience with Steve Rayman Chevrolet. More

I asked to speak to the guy I talked to on the phone and he responded with no you can't talk to him, you get me and that's all. I told him to step away from me and he attempted to kick me off the lot and call the police. Shady. I would recommend spending your money other dealerships if this is the way the treat someone attempting to buy a car. If you must purchase here, avoid Arthur at all cost. More
Great service department I brought my 2013 Chevy Sonic in for and oil change/tire rotation and also to have 2 recalls addressed (one was for the Mylink, and the other was for I brought my 2013 Chevy Sonic in for and oil change/tire rotation and also to have 2 recalls addressed (one was for the Mylink, and the other was for the parking brake). I usually bring my Sonic in for oil changes here because the price is great. This is the second time that I've had other work performed and they've treated me well every time I've brought it in. More

I was refused a replacement battery regardless of their negligence. Their is no loyalty to the customer in making sure that I have been sold a relaiable car from their lot that they hold so much pride in choosing to sell. It hasn't even been a month and this is not the first issue I came upon because of their laziness. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because my salesman Matthew Grenier gave me excellent customer service, and if you are going to go their, ask for him, you will not be dissapointed, but I DO NOT recommend going to this dealership for their lack of loyalty to (me) the customer when I have chosen to bring my business to a so called 'reputable' dealership when, once your off the lot....to hell with you. I was sold a defective vehicle due to the fact that my radio/Bluetooth has malfunctioned from day one. I brought it to EVERYONE'S attention from the moment I drove this new Chevy Equinox off of the lot. The car has been at the dealership twice and as of recent to repair to no avail!! I still have the issue! I have emailed and texted back and forth with Ray Whitlow and spoken with others about my issue to NO AVAIL either for months now (since January 2016)! This issue makes me not enjoy my 2016 at all. My supposedly hands free system, isn't! I don't think that the dealership as a whole cares about selling someone a "new" crappy car. After all of the purchases I have made here, you would think that someone would show more concern. Certainly not RAY! He is mean, nasty and disrespectful!! Sure, he is probably nicer now because I told him about his mean and nasty attitude some months ago! At any rate, I used to believe Steve Rayman to be a name I could trust and depend on for my vehicle purchases. Not so much anymore! My purchase went wrong from the beginning with the sales person. I should have ended it then. So now, I am forced to be stuck with a new lemon! Frustratiing to say the least to drive a vehicle that I don't like!😩😩😩😩😩😩 More
