Prior to my arrival, I contacted the dealer to ask several question about the truck I was considering buying. My number one concern was rust. I asked if the truck had any visible rust. The reply I received was "We inspect all of our used vehicle and we would not have a vehicle on the lot that has rust". That was a lie. When I arrived at the dealership to look at the truck I noticed the front bumper was rusted completely through. Not only was the bumper rusted, the undercarriage showed significate signs of northern exposure and well as the engine compartment. Some of the brackets holding engine components were rusted so bad that the components were hanging just by the hoses that were hooked to them. I took the day off from work to purchase this truck and was very disappointed when I arrived and saw the condition of the vehicle when I was assured the truck was in a rust free condition. Buyer beware. Don't believe a word they say. More

The men there wear very spiffy socks, which may not seem important but made good conversation and shows their professionalism. This dealership I went to is dear to my heart as a first time buyer. As someone who worked hard to pay off my student loans and also still works to support myself, I somehow had no credit and was not expecting to leave with a car. Nor did I want to make a down payment, fortunately I had a trade in. This dealership not only gave me a chance but also gave me a car that fit me perfectly. With the expertise of a dear friend that was with me coupled with Leslie's diligence and wisdom, I left with a black 2013 Ford Fiesta. The team worked so hard on my behalf to ensure that I received attention, care, consideration and wonderful coffee!!! They stayed hours after the dealership was closed to get me in that car. Steve Rayman beat Stone Mountain Chevrolet, drive time in Duluth and CarMax Norcross out of the park!!! They treated me like a person not a number. They didn't laugh at me didn't look down on me but genuinely helped a young adult not only get a car she needed but help establish credit and being adult life, rather than taking advantage. It still does not seem real but that is definitely attributed to my God, Jehovah. Thanks Steve Rayman Chevrolet!!!! More

If your day has started off on the left foot, Harry's upbeat attitude will switch things around. Tim is knowledgable, helpful and practical with recommendations, I have been a customer at that location long before Mr, Raymond bought the franchise and as long as the front line folks treat me as a friend and not a money bag, I will continue to regularly visit and they can keep my 02 Avalanche running for another 100,000 miles. Thanks guys! More
Very Dissappointing Experience from Unprofessional Dealer I was one of the first people to call in on a 2009 For Expedition as soon as it was posted. I was invited by Ryan to come in that day to see the vehicle. After an hour drive, I arrived and the car was beat up, had not been detailed, needed body work and wasn't ready for sale. I expressed my frustration to Arthur and Cory, the managers, who assured me the vehicle would be ready soon. I got a call from the same Ryan a few days later who set-up an appointment assuring me that the vehicle was now ready. I arrived and the vehicle was in the same shape in the same spot as the previous visit, completely unready for sale. I expressed my strong disappointment (again) to Arthur (manager) who assured me that he personally would make sure I was contacted when the vehicle was ready to see. Today, I contacted the sales rep to set an appointment with me for 2pm to see the vehicle. I explicitly expressed to the rep, "I don't want this vehicle sold out from under me because I have been tracking it for a full two weeks." When I arrived on time to my appointment, I was informed that the vehicle was just sold to someone else. I talked with Arthur and told him how frustrated and unprofessional it was to have customer come to your dealership three different times staying in touch along the way, only to show-up and have the vehicle already sold before your appointment time. From my experience, this dealer is very unprofessional, cares nothing about the time of their customers and interested in getting a quick sale no matter how it damages their reputation. I am quite disappointed and plan to share my experience with anyone in my circle of influence so they don't have a repeat of my bad experience with Steve Rayman Chevrolet. More

Was told lies about a vehicle I saw online and when I asked about it in person, the manager by the name of Authur told me I should know better to believe that. I asked to speak to the guy I talked to on the phone and he responded with no you can't talk to him, you get me and that's all. I told him to step away from me and he attempted to kick me off the lot and call the police. Shady. I would recommend spending your money other dealerships if this is the way the treat someone attempting to buy a car. If you must purchase here, avoid Arthur at all cost. More
