Bought a new Chevy Traverse We went to Steve Rayman dealership because we had previously bought a Chevy Equinox there and they were most helpful. We arrived at our appointment ti We went to Steve Rayman dealership because we had previously bought a Chevy Equinox there and they were most helpful. We arrived at our appointment time but they could not find our appointment. A very helpful Salesman named Alvin " Chipmunk " Reed took the reins and was very inviting and informative. We told him of our situation and he jumped right into salesman mode ( without the pushy part ) and got us exactly what we needed making the car buying an enjoyable process. In no time at all we were back on the road in our new Chevy Traverse and we couldn't have been happier. Thanks Alvin for everything you did for us ! Great Job !!!!!!! P.S. Also we wanted to thank Tim Willis for a job well done, kudos to you Tim ! More
very nice and helpful experience i went to Steve Rayman to see what they could do for me, my daughter and son in law were happy with their purchases. i said what i was looking for, th i went to Steve Rayman to see what they could do for me, my daughter and son in law were happy with their purchases. i said what i was looking for, they didn't have it at the moment of a little bit older Equinox, salesman showed me other vehicles but understood what i was dead set on. i understand they are still salesmen but were not pushy. none the less i was going to give them a little while to look for me and i had gone to other dealerships. i expected not to hear from them for a week or two, i was called two days later to look at pics of what i was looking for, agreed on it and it was ready in two more days. i am pleased with my Equinox. The excelent care I received from Brian Barrett . I had problems with my new Chevrolet Cruze. I called Brian and talked to him about the issues. He said come at my convenience and would be waiting f I had problems with my new Chevrolet Cruze. I called Brian and talked to him about the issues. He said come at my convenience and would be waiting for me. When I drove in, he was there smiling . He showed me to the show room and offered me coffee. He checked back with me to update me on how long they will be. Very shortly, I was ready to go. He is so personal, caring and understanding. Thank you Brian for being there when I arrived. WORST car buying experience EVER!!! After leaving the dealership yesterday because they didn't want to honor the negotiated lease price, I left. (It went up $40/month). I received calls from 3 separate individuals this morning, wanting to know what they could do to make the sale. While the reason for the change in price was explained, I indicated I would only come back in today, for the original offer. They verbally agreed to the original offer!!! I spoke to Leslie, Derrick and Felicia, who all SWORE they would honor the original price, if I'd come back. I confirmed again the reason for the original increase in pricing would NOT be an issue and they assured me it would NOT! I even confirmed again right before driving the 45 minutes back to their location. They promised they would honor the deal, profusely apologized for the inconvenience and continued to ensure me if I drove back in this afternoon, they would make good on the deal. I returned to the location at 3:30pm and within 15 minutes, I was again told that they would not offer the original offer, so not only did they waste my time to return, but I feel scammed! It didn't help that neither Felicia nor Leslie were at the location, even though I had spoken to them an hour earlier! (I'm not even sure if they are real people!) After understandably being very aggravated, I asked for the General Manager's contact info. I was given the dealership's phone number!!! I was then told the GM would be unavailable for a week, had no voicemail or email! When I asked for a Regional Manager's name and number, I was told they don't have one. All of it seems SUSPICIOUS to me! This experience was EXTREMELY unprofessional and felt like a complete scam!!! More

Great Customer Care by Service Manager Mike Fryer I brought my 2014 Corvette Stingray to get new tires and have some service done. Initially there were some issues that did not get resolved. However I brought my 2014 Corvette Stingray to get new tires and have some service done. Initially there were some issues that did not get resolved. However, the Service Manager Mike Fryer followed up on a customer satisfaction call, and he made every effort to make things right. I have not experienced that level of customer service in a very long time. He is committed to keeping his customers happy and building a relationship instead of a one time service or sale.
