Bait and Switch! I called for a price. I have been all over Georgia looking for a car. All I wanted was the price. I didn't want to drive an hour and a half for nothin I called for a price. I drove an hour to Heritage Volkswagen for the man to show me a car with VOMIT in it. VOMIT. I then sat in traffic for 3 hours because of a fatality but I digress. The fact is when I called they tried to get me to but another car. Then they told me about their inventory reduction sale, After numerous BS sales pitches and me INSISTING I only wanted the price on THAT SPECIFIC VEHICLE, he told me he couldn't tell me the price OVER THE PHONE. I had to drive an HOUR AND A HALF for a price!?!? Oh, and then he told me we are having a sale TODAY! I will move the vehicle TODAY. Good you move it. I feel for the poor schlub that gets ahold of YOU. More

Will sale you a lie. I was ask for a check or bank card number for a down payment on a certain day for deposit, OK not a problem. When I advised them that I would be in on I was ask for a check or bank card number for a down payment on a certain day for deposit, OK not a problem. When I advised them that I would be in on that day the 17th of April by 3pm they said ok. Well guess what on the night of the 16th of April they ran that card and caused my account to go negative all weekend, when I tried to talk to someone I was given the run around all day without any concerns about the problem they caused me. The Jury Is Still Out!!! I'm not sure what to think at this point about this dealership. The SUV is MIA after we made an offer to buy it at NADA.
