Nightmare experience - do not purchase from Steve Rayman!!! My husband and I purchased a used car that we found on the Steve Rayman website. Went to Steve Rayman dealership to test drive the car, during our 2 visits we were assured by 3 different sales people that the car had been through a thorough inspection. Both times we called about the car before purchasing it, we called the Steve Rayman advertised number and asked about the specific vehicle pictured on their site and were put through to salespeople who discussed the car with us. We worked with 3 different people who were in the Steve Rayman building, all of them were either wearing a shirt or a name tag that said Steve Rayman on it.Upon stating our interest in making a purchase, a new gentlemen was brought out named Cory Lombardi who we were told would finalize the deal with us. After purchasing the vehicle, we took it into our mechanic...the car needed 4 new tires, new rear brakes, an expensive alignment requiring camber bolts and shims - AND the biggest issues are 2 broken engine mounts and a broken transmission mount. Upon learning of these issues, my husband immediately called Steve Rayman @(770) 953-0100 and was transferred to Cory. After explaining everything to Cory on June 10th and arguing the fact that we were told the car had undergone a complete inspection thus should not have broken mounts, my husband was told by Cory that he would check with his boss to see if they could take care of the issues and he would call us back on 6/11 after 11 am. Yesterday, my husband called Steve Rayman @(770) 953-0100 around 2pm and asked to speak to Cory (since we never received the expected phone call) and was put through to his voicemail and left a message. He tried to call him 2 more times yesterday and always was put to voicemail. Noone ever contacted us yesterday.Today, 6/12, my husband again called (770) 953-0100 and was put through to Cory's voicemail where he left another message. This afternoon, after still not receiving any response, my husband called and asked to speak to the GM of Steve Rayman. When he explained what the issue was, he was again put through to Cory who finally got on the phone. Cory said today that he is the boss, there is noone else we can speak to to resolve this matter - that even though our car was advertised on Steve Rayman's website, the used car lot is not affiliated with the Steve Rayman dealership and it won't do us any good to speak with anyone at Steve Rayman because they have nothing to do with the car that we called them about, that was listed on their website, and that 3 sales people wearing Steve Rayman shirts or name tags took us for a test drive in. When we try to call Steve Rayman to discuss this with anyone else there, we are always sent back to Cory's line (amazing since he supposedly has nothing to do with the dealership!!!) Apparently the Steve Rayman dealership is out to deceive customers. I am beyond shocked and appalled at what has happened here and want to warn others about this dealership and their deceptive practices!!!!! More
