I went in again for the same problem I've been having with my car and Steve Rayman happened to be there on that day. I explained to him the number of times I've been in for this problem. He started talk with my car and Steve Rayman happened to be there on that day. I explained to him the number of times I've been in for this problem. He started talking about how he just came back from having back surgery & then asked what type of car I had & said he would go check on everything. Needless to say he ran off & didn't return to say anything. More

I was on my way out of town on vacation, with the motorcycle loaded in the back of the truck. As I headed out of town, I sprang a leak in my thermostat housing pipe and started leaking coolant every motorcycle loaded in the back of the truck. As I headed out of town, I sprang a leak in my thermostat housing pipe and started leaking coolant everywhere. I tried a couple of parts houses on the way out to see if I could get a replacement and repair the truck but no one carried the part I needed. Starting to heat up, I headed to Steve Rayman to see if they could help me. Barely making it, I pulled up at the garages and immediately encountered Tibi. He was very friendly and helped with some water and pointed me to the Service/Parts desk. At the Parts desk, I had the pleasure of meeting Rick Sellers. He was super friendly and even more helpful. After checking his inventory and making calls to other locations, it looked as if I was stuck. Then, all of a sudden, Rick pulled some magic out of his hat and somehow had a part on it's way to the dealership - took less than 1 hour total time. Risk went above and beyond by finding the part on such short notice and having it delivered to me. He also handled this with a very friendly attitude. Tibi was extremely helpful with the truck. If I had to guess, Rick and Tibi were part owners of the dealership. They acted as if it where their dealership and they were taking care of a long-time friend. I could never have asked for a better experience. Brian Carroll '98 GMC Sonoma More
I pulled in needing an oil change for my 2010 Tahoe and I told Ronnie I had a little less than an hour and no appointment. I had to pick up my child from daycare and could not be late. My normal experience w told Ronnie I had a little less than an hour and no appointment. I had to pick up my child from daycare and could not be late. My normal experience with oil changes is that they take at least an hour. Ronnie said he understood and had me out of there in 20 MINUTES! I didn't even have time to finish the work email I had begun in the waiting room. I'd also like to brag on the new facilities at Steve Rayman. I visited the old buildings and also while everything was under construction. I have to say, the new facilities are awesome. So modern, clean looking, and everything is nicely labeled for costomers. I had no idea it would turn out so great. The dervice lounge is by far the nicest I've ever been in and I've been to every kind of car dealership you can think of. Well done, architects! Thanks, Ronnie! What a nice guy. More

This was my first visit to this dealership and the experience was WONDERFUL! Brad was so nice and accommodating. I was told my service would take an hour and it didn't even take that long. I'd seen experience was WONDERFUL! Brad was so nice and accommodating. I was told my service would take an hour and it didn't even take that long. I'd seen a program on this dealership and was so sorry I had bought my car elsewhere before I'd seen it. The waiting area is beautiful and so high tech. I can't wait til I have to go back! I will recommend Steve Rayman to everyone I know! More
Brad understands and demonstrates what customer service is all about. He has consistantly looked after my vehicle's service and maintenance needs. The level of Brad's customer service has allowed me to fee is all about. He has consistantly looked after my vehicle's service and maintenance needs. So here is my story...2002 Montecarlo in good body condition and 171,000 miles...transmission failing...i love the car, so after discussing this issue with my service manager Tim Whitton, who has been condition and 171,000 miles...transmission failing...i love the car, so after discussing this issue with my service manager Tim Whitton, who has been my go to man for 9 years, i decided to pay $3000 to replace transmission last August...everything was OK until December when I heard metal scraping from under the hood...took car back to dealership...had to rent a car at my expense, but if it was the transmission, labor and parts was totally covered under the 100,000 mile warranty..car rental was not covered...i didn't understand why I had to pay for the car rental since the transmission certainly should not have failed me in that short time. Transmission was repaired in 3 days. 3 days of car rental at my expense = $116. Here comes the good part...Billy (Supervisor) told me that since I was a loyal customer, they would try to work something out for me, perhaps sharing the cost of my car rental. To my surprise, in the mail, I received a check from Steve Rayman Chevrolet for $116, which was full reimbursement for the car rental. That really did exceed my expectation...On a final note, I really do believe in Tim and Billy, that they do want customers like me to remain loyal. Thank you guys ! More

Service performed October 15th. Again for the 2nd consecutive time, I don't believe the 27 point inspection was done. I wasn't given the inspection sheet the first time. The second time I had to as consecutive time, I don't believe the 27 point inspection was done. I wasn't given the inspection sheet the first time. The second time I had to ask for it and I know some of the info is not correct because I took the vehicle within the same week to another Chevy dealer and a 3rd party independent service chain and both stated that the tread depth is not true as listed on the inspection sheet; it's suggested that I actually need 2 tires. The Steve Rayman tech listed tread depth as 6/32 on all tires. The 2 tires on the rear actual tread depth was 3/32 or 2/32; I don't remember which one now. Also stated on the inspection sheet, the psi is listed as 35. When I left the service dept. the psi showing on the vehicle's info center read 42 on 2 tires, 40 on the other 2 tires. As of Nov. 13th, the lowest psi I have noticed was 37 and that's on days it's really cold. I also was not told of any problems or concerns regarding the vehicle. There was a statement "40k past due" listed. I didn't know what that meant; I assumed that it meant that my oil change was past due the 40k mileage mark. I wasn't told what this meant until I went to service for another issue on November 11th. More
