IM SO GLADE I FOUND THIS KIA DEALER. BECAUSE THE ONE I USE TO GO TO I MAKE A APPOINTMENT FOR 8AM AND I WILL NOT LEAVE THE PLACE UNTIL ALMOST 1-2PM AND THATS A LONG TIME TO WAIT JUST FOR A OIL CHANGE. BUT THIS ONE IS ON THE ONE I LOVE THE WAY THEY GREET YOU WHEN YOU PULL INTO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, YOU GET THE ALL YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWER BEFORE THEY START ON YOUR CAR. AND THEY JUST MAKE YOU FEEL SO WELCOME . AND THEY LET YOU KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN AND IF ITS GOING TO TAKE A WHILE THEY HAVE SOME ONE TO TAKE YOU HOME UNTIL YOUR CAR IS READY. NOW THATS WHAT YOU CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND IF I EVER WANTS TO ANOTHER KIA I WILL CALL ON THEM TO GET ONE. More
I came in for an oil change, and walked out with the best birthday present one could buy themselves. I was wondering around the Lincoln MKX wishing I could have the one thing I've always wanted. Mike Roberts approached me and said your looking at this truck as if you REALLY want it. I replied..I do, but wishful thinking. He said nothing is impossible, let me show you that miracles can happen. He called me the next day with the best words ever- "I have u approved with a great interest rate"! I was forever sold when he called me two weeks later to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY! He is not your typical "salesman" he shows concern, and he thrives on making a satisfied customer. Upon our entrance into the service center, Shannon Beehn was very professional yet provided a friendly, warm, caring and compassionate atmosphere that put us at ease through our visit. We did not just sit around in the waiting room waiting to get our vehicle back. Mr. Beehn made it a point to keep my spouse and me abreast of the problem/progress of our vehicle. He addressed/answered all of our questions and concerns in a manner which was clear and understandable. Upon learning that our vehicle had major repairs that needed to be done, Mr. Beehn contacted (and coordinated) with the extended warranty personnel to arrange accommodations for our vehicle, and assisted with the completion of all documentations for service to my vehicle; contacted and coordinated with Enterprise Car Rental personal to arrange transportation with a rental vehicle for myself and family once service to my vehicle began-as to not disrupt my daily schedule. Mr. Beehn was a pleasure to work with and displayed great expertise and professionalism in his job responsibilities. By having Mr. Beehn as a part of the Paul Cerame Automotive Group team, it showed me as a consumer what qualities are important and those are sophistication, personable and humanity. That is why I will continue to come to Paul Cerame Automotive Group in the future for all my automotive needs! I have the deepest gratitude for Mr. Beehn and just wanted to thank him for his hard work and dedication to making sure my vehicle was serviced properly. More

I cAlled the dealership to he some price quotes on work I needed done and had Donny cLl me back within 10 minutes of my message, I've bought alot of cars and never has that happened.
