I never met Les Foale so I can not rate him. The majority of contract negotiations was online. I had not signed anything and came on sight to negotiate the final agreement. The salesman led me to believe that I had agreed to what had been sent online. At one point they had tried to get me to sign the contract online before I had been able to physically check the vehicle out. I did not like this aspect.
