Dealt with David and Carlos to buy a new Highlander. Both very professional and flexible on the deal in order to get us into a new car. We took our car in for its required service, the only problem was it was past its 2 year free service by about 2 months. We were unaware that it was a two year limit and thought it was for a certain num problem was it was past its 2 year free service by about 2 months. We were unaware that it was a two year limit and thought it was for a certain number of services. Talked with the service manager and explained our confusion and our mistake. He understood and granted us the service. The service people are simply wonderful.. They are quick, efficient and extremely polite. We will be back, thank you for your service. More

We ordered vehicle with agreed cash price out the door. When time to pu vehicle salesman said he had bad news in that his sales manager said because of lack of inventory Toyota was requiring us to finance When time to pu vehicle salesman said he had bad news in that his sales manager said because of lack of inventory Toyota was requiring us to finance for at least 6months but their would be a $500 incentive. I told him know we wanted to just pay for the car as previously agreed. He went back to his manager and came back a second time and said if we wanted to buy the car we had to finance it through Toyota credit. At this point I told them we had a written agreement and they had to honor it. What bunch of unethical and crooked group of people this dealership is. More
