Typical obtuse car sales people and support staff including management. Didn’t listen to my requests, acted dumb when I brought up what was agreed upon earlier. Saw newly delivered cars speeding through the parking lot which isn’t good for new cylinder rings etc…New car I picked up had mud smeared throughout and in the door buttons. Didn’t offer me a test drive before buying. Didn’t say anything to me when I left, it was just here’s an envelope with a key in it…. Bye, I guess. Just a weird experience. More

Alain was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our biggest dissatisfaction was with the required BrakeStar and etching. Since we bought a two year old vehicle that was originally purchased at Steve's, we thought the original owner had already paid for those two things, and we wouldn't be charged for those. The only other dissatisfaction was with the extended warranty. At almost three thousand dollars, this seemed a little extreme. A few days after getting home with the car, we had some questions about extended warranties, and we got a call from Matt with some cheaper options. We appreciated that information, and we are considering those options now. More
