Called this dealership service department for four days without an answer by a service scheduler. I requested Matt Hite, the service manager, return my call. He never did. I later asked him why he neve without an answer by a service scheduler. I requested Matt Hite, the service manager, return my call. He never did. I later asked him why he never returned my call and he said "that's on me." My vehicle has a TSB requiring new fuel injectors. They are on backorder. The cost of an oil change for my vehicle recently went up to $89.95. No way I'm paying that much for an oil change. I will not patronize Steven Honda except for free State Inspections and recall work. They have priceds me out of their customer base. My wife and I both drive a Honda, and our next Honda purchase will be in Staunton or Winchester. More

Under previous ownership, I was told that my Odyssey needed to be left with the dealership in order for a complete inspection to be done in order to determine where the rodent infestation was located. Under present ownership, after I brought my car in (a one-hour drive one way). When I brought my car in, I was told that the ownership does not do this type of repair. Honda made the decision to make some parts out of soy, instead of rubber. Soy attracts rodents. (Duh!) Thus, Honda created a situation causing rodent infestations in vehicles and Honda dealerships should be responsible for remediating rodent infestations which they Honda caused through their short-sightedness. I tried to make an appointment on the new website, which didn’t work. I then tried to call multiple times and left a voicemail that wasn’t returned. I was able to get ahold of someone the following day afte didn’t work. I then tried to call multiple times and left a voicemail that wasn’t returned. I was able to get ahold of someone the following day after trying again. Then when I went in for service they were overwhelmed with cars. They had my car for over 2 hours for a state inspection before I got a voicemail asking what I wanted them to do. I tried to call back but couldn’t get to a person. When i called back again it didn’t even give an option to leave a message because the voicemail was full. I had someone drive me back to the dealership only to find that they were on lunch break and wouldn’t start working the car again for another 40 minutes. Another hour and a half later I went back again and they said oh we were just about to call you. I was very displeased with the communication and service center with the transition from Harrisonburg Honda to Steven Honda. I have been taking my car purchased here for the last 12 years and have never had issues like this until now. More
They had my name wrong. My name is Syed Usman Ali and they wrote down Osaam Hussain I don't know where they got that from. Hopefully they will fix that. My name is Syed Usman Ali and they wrote down Osaam Hussain I don't know where they got that from. Hopefully they will fix that. More
