The communication with the service department to make a very simple appointment was difficult. I tried to call to change the day, left a voicemail the first time and didn't get a return call, talked to the very simple appointment was difficult. I tried to call to change the day, left a voicemail the first time and didn't get a return call, talked to the receptionist the second time and didn't get a return call. Stopped by in person to check that the change had been made and was met with confusion because everything was under my husband's name and number even though I called and made the appointment. The car was done early but because I was not the one called with that notification, I ended up having to wait until the next day to pick it up. When I called to verify that it was ready, I was transferred to service and got hung up on, not once but twice. My husband tried to call but could never get through either. Fortunately the car was ready when I got there but then there was confusion about whether the recall work had or had not been done- it had even though I was originally told that they didn't have the parts. The Honda service department used to be the best in town and now new systems brought in by Steven seem to have messed that up. We saw the same thing happen at Nissan and that is why we didn't buy another Nissan. We have four Hondas in our family of four and now I am dreading getting service done in town. More
