This dealership is doing a huge disservice to the Infinity brand! I purchased a 2024 model and the homelink was not operating. After 8 weeks of trying various things to get that to work, they retur Infinity brand! I purchased a 2024 model and the homelink was not operating. After 8 weeks of trying various things to get that to work, they returned my car to me filthy dirty. When I took it to wash the next day, it had been hit on the back passenger side of the car! Their service failure recovery is awful! Their phone system doesn’t work properly and the General Manager doesn’t return phone calls. From end to end- a horrible experience. I can’t recommend this dealer. I hope they improve. More
