Truly Exceptional Service If I could leave 10 Stars I would!!! After making reservations online with 4 different rental car agencies in town, NOT ONE actually had a car availa If I could leave 10 Stars I would!!! After making reservations online with 4 different rental car agencies in town, NOT ONE actually had a car available. I spent 3 hours running around town, looking for something to drive. I called Steven Toyota and found a vehicle to drive. The regular rental agent was out due to sickness however the General Manager Ryan Sodikoff himself met me, with a car full of gas and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes. Hands done truly EXCEPTIONAL service!!!! For this reason alone I will buy my next vehicle from Steven Toyota! More

best worst experience My husband and I were traveling and broke down on the interstate. Far from home and panic stricken I found that we were not far from this dealership. My husband and I were traveling and broke down on the interstate. Far from home and panic stricken I found that we were not far from this dealership. I phoned them and they were so helpful We had our truck towed in and they were out front waiting for us. Tired broken hearted and hungry they directed us to some good eats and immediately took our truck to be looked at. Edguardo in service was right on top of it. The news was not good or truck was kaput. We spoke with both service and sales. Many options were offered up with NO SALES PUSH. We went on our way with a rental car that was full of gas and out front waiting for us in 5 minutes. No waiting. After a short discussion we decided to purchase a new Tacoma. We arrived at the dealership the next morning our new truck washed waxed and eaiting for us. This is the fastest i ever purchased a vehicle it was a bad experience with our vehicle but it was a God send. They could not have made it easier for us. More

Breach contract on dealers part If I had breech contract I would of had lost down payment instead they breeched the contract and I still lost out ! Huge rip off I recently had my state inspection completed at Steven Toyota and I was severely disappointed. My appointment was at 4:30 and I waited over an hour be I recently had my state inspection completed at Steven Toyota and I was severely disappointed. My appointment was at 4:30 and I waited over an hour before any of the staff came into the waiting room to let me know that my car had failed because of 3 lightbulbs. The employee proceeded to tell me that I would need to have them replaced before I could leave. My total bill for the state inspection ($16) and the parts and service for license plate lightbulb replacement came to $67.82. The lightbulbs were $8.00 which means that the service itself was a little over $40.00. This is ridiculous. There is no reason for a company to be allowed to charge so much for something I could have done myself if given the opportunity. I will not be conducting any business with this institution in the future. More
Services performed OK but took nearly 3 hrs Service Adviser forewarned me of costs involved, saving me a "surprise" bill. Side note of weirdness: Seeking outside shady side of your bldg to make a phone call, I innocently (not wearing prickly trousers!) leaned against a 1999 CRV; an employee came out and said get away from my car. In my long lifetime, only one other person has been so protective. More
