First service I was met by my salesperson (Patrick Molloy) at the service center. We had a number of issues that needed to be addressed and Brian Cooper and team did an Excellent job of fixing those issues. My daughter is a student at JMU and I totally trust Steven to repair our vehicle because we would like to keep it another 10 years. I drove it today and I can say it drives just like it did when we bought it new. I had an oxygen sensor go bad as well as the vehicle needed new water pump and timing belt. While there they told me that the manifold was gunned up and we had indeed noticed it was running rough. It drives like a dream. I will have her bring it back for a dashboard light and valve cover gasket. Excellent service! Thank you! More

I have never experienced the level of customer service that Ashton displayed. Ashton is such a considerate and thoughtful person. We came to Steven Toyota to have service on our current vehicle. While we were waiting, we just looked around their lot, because we were currently looking/thinking about trading in our Toyota Corolla for a vehicle. While we were waiting, we just looked around their lot, because we were currently looking/thinking about trading in our Toyota Corolla for a 4x4 truck. Leo met us outside and introduced himself. We immediately hit it off with him, he was very laid back and easy to talk to. We did not feel pressured by him at all. We had some concerns about how to go about trading and if it would be a problem to put the vehicle in both mine and my boyfriends name since we aren't married. There was absolutely no issue with that, we had some bumps with the credit report because my credit is not well established yet, and the entire staff did everything they had to do to help us get approved. They had the perfect vehicle for us, and gave us an awesome trade in for our car! So we ended up buying the truck, and couldn't be happier with their service! It still needed some minor repair so we didn't drive off the lot with it, but overall I would recommend Steven Toyota to everyone! They will absolutely be our "go-to" guys for further vehicle purchases in the future! More
We brought our 2005 Toyota Prius in to have it appraised for selling it, as we now need a vehicle to tow a travel trailer. While waiting, Stacey Williams struck up a conversation with us and offered to see for selling it, as we now need a vehicle to tow a travel trailer. While waiting, Stacey Williams struck up a conversation with us and offered to see if Stevens had any vehicles that were capable of towing our trailer. He actually found two. We ended up buying one from him even though we had our eye on another one in Richmond, VA. I have never purchased a car so quickly, but here it is two weeks later, and we are still pleased with our experience at Stevens. Stacey met our needs in a deferential and professional manner. He was knowledgeable of both the car and how to pull together the deal that involved us trading in two cars for the new vehicle. We are comfortable giving Stacey the highest marks in doing his job. We would definitely seek him out when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. More
Two weeks Mr. Pleasant, (in just few min) was able to "pair" my phone when others COULD NOT. He is a very pleasant person with great personality and very knowledgeable to my problem. Today, by mistake I "pair" my phone when others COULD NOT. He is a very pleasant person with great personality and very knowledgeable to my problem. Today, by mistake I did a very stupid thing and deleted the Bluetooth from my car radio. I called and spoke with him and he was able to tell me over the phone what I needed to do step by step. He was very kind and patient. You don't understand how illiterate I am with technology and that he was able to talk me through it over the phone was AMAZING. He has bailed me out twice with this same problem and hopefully I won't need that help again. However, if I do, I know he will be very pleasant and understanding as he has been thus far.
