This dealership completely tries to scam you into buying additional products you don’t need. I was told I had “swollen lugs” on my car and they couldn’t rotate the tires. Seems to me like they couldn’t be bothered because the whole maintenance to the car was taking too long and they wanted to just move onto the next vehicle. So they cut corners. This place is a total rip off. More

I knew I should have just turned around and went to another dealership from the second I walked in. As soon as I came in, a guy who sits next to the door called Danny greeted me and it made me uncomfor another dealership from the second I walked in. As soon as I came in, a guy who sits next to the door called Danny greeted me and it made me uncomfortable because he wasn't wearing a mask. With covid-19 still so prominent, I cant understand why people still refuse to wear a mask. At first I gave him the benefit of the doubt but EVEN WHILE SITTING AT HIS DESK he still had no care to wear one. When I asked about a vehicle I wanted, he spoke to me like I was a child. No respect at all for the customer. I left knowing I will never return there and purchased a ford that same day at another dealership. More
