Worst Ford Dealer on Long Island I purchased a 2019 ford Ranger I was told from the salesman it was a demo vehicle. Pickup the vehicle it was dirty and the steering wheel controls did I purchased a 2019 ford Ranger I was told from the salesman it was a demo vehicle. Pickup the vehicle it was dirty and the steering wheel controls didn’t work this of course I was told after I signed the papers. I took the truck home noticed the bed liner they installed wasn’t right it was cut to fit the truck when I pulled it up the bed was all scratched and dented. I went back to the dealer talked to the new car manger he told me I purchased a used truck what did I want if I had any problems go talk to Ford. I then reminded him it was purchased as a new vehicle he didn’t care. The GM then called me and we agreed to have a sprayed in liner installed. Bottom line everybody lied about the damage they didn’t disclose the damage and used a bed liner to cover up the problems. More
