TWICE I was treated like garbage from Fernandez in serve. I made an appointment on line. Then I called and spoke with the service manager, he said “ when making an appointment on line you can’t wait” makes no sense. He said” don’t worry it’s okay to wait.” Well I got there service was rude and got the second time they made me cry. He said we have you down for an oil chance, I told him my car was ready to break down. He said we don’t have the parts to fix your car. For the second time I was sent to Browns dealership, They are great and took me in right away. Since I made my appointment on line I have gotten four relentless call from sales, where I was so busy they wouldn’t let me hang up, Treated like garbage, and actually when I thought about trading in my care months ago the finance woman was so nasty. I would strongly recommend you never step foot in that place. They are nothing but trouble. IGo to Browns next to them great great people. The first time I went to Steven’s Ford last year Fernandez in service told me they looked at my keep and don’t have the parts. I got my jeep from steven’s Ford. I was sent to Browns jeep and they said thank god you got here when you did, your jeep could have went on FIRE at anytime. I guess Stevens didn’t care if I went up in flames. True idiots. More

I have bought a number of cars over the years and WOW what a great experience this was. Dave (GM) , Keith (sales) and Tami and Lisa (financing) were AMAZING they were all kind, helpful and understanding what a great experience this was. This dealer has not clue about do business , they have car on stock and they say they dont have it, if they can not cheat you I don't recommend this dealer They used old fashion sales tactic , to car on stock and they say they dont have it, if they can not cheat you I don't recommend this dealer They used old fashion sales tactic , to make you offer a bigger down , that;t why most sales person with experience move fast from there , because can not make money. I think Ford Motor Company , must review very closely these kind of dealers in order to be keeping business with them ,because any business who do not evolve , finally disappear from the market. I showed up to buy a used 2017 Ford Explorer. The first vehicle I was drawn to ended up having some damage I felt uncomfortable with but my salesman was able to show me another vehicle matching my needs. Friendly, no pressure and I ended up with more than I originally planned and very happy. My previous 2 vehicles were Fords and I used the same dealership for both, this time that dealership wasn’t able originally planned and very happy. I was annoyed that they didn’t bother to check the windshield washer fluid when I brought it in for an oil change. Easy experience buying the vehicle but downhill since then . 2020 f150 with every possible problem you can imagine in the first two weeks . Also the whole front end is rusting . Brought it to Steven’s and was told it’s normal ... as a veteran and active military member I expected at least a little more concern for my issues but this is crazy . I will never buy a Ford again!
