Seems like a scam I keep getting lots of emails from this Ford dealership supposedly located in New York, asking me about my recent purchase of a Ford vehicle from them I keep getting lots of emails from this Ford dealership supposedly located in New York, asking me about my recent purchase of a Ford vehicle from them. The problem is that I have never been east of Texas in my entire life. So, it makes me wonder if this is a case of identity theft, where someone used my name and credit to buy a Ford in New York. I have checked my credit report and I do not see this purchase listed. I have emailed this company several times but never hear back from them. I don't trust them. More

Purchase of 2020 Ford Explorer XLT We went to Stevens Ford to look at the new 2020 Ford Explorer XLT because our current lease was due to expire on March 31, 2020. The salesman, Vinny, We went to Stevens Ford to look at the new 2020 Ford Explorer XLT because our current lease was due to expire on March 31, 2020. The salesman, Vinny, was extremely helpful and worked with us to get just what we wanted. I was specific in what was important to me. He searched the inventory and found exactly what I wanted. He then asked if I wanted to take the car for a ride. I said yes. It was a nasty miserable day but he took the time to give us the best deal possible as we were purchasing this vehicle not leasing like the two other Explorers we leased. He worked with us and we decided to purchase the car. There was no pressure. He answered all our questions in a professional and informative way.
