I purchased a my new to me 2018 BMW M3 in January 2025 with 47,800 miles and have driven it approximately 7,000 miles over the course of 4 months. BMW recommends routine service every 10,000 miles. However to my shock and disappointment, just 7,000 miles in—3,000 miles before even the first scheduled service—the engine suffered catastrophic failure while I was driving home. Before taking delivery, I was fully reassured by the dealership that the vehicle had gone through a complete inspection. I trusted their word—especially coming from such a large, well-known, and reputable BMW dealership. What I initially believed was a turbo failure and a misfire turned out to be far worse: Cylinder 1 self-detonated, completely compromising the engine. More exploration led to finding metal chunks contaminating the entire motor, down to the exhaust. For a performance car of this caliber, from a brand like BMW, this kind of failure at such low mileage is both unacceptable and deeply concerning. Since the incident, I’ve made multiple attempts to reach out for resolution. While I have been in contact with this dealership’s representatives, the responses have been slow, inconsistent, and ultimately unhelpful. At this point, I’ve been refused any clear path forward or meaningful assistance. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I expected reliability, engineering excellence, and a supportive ownership experience—none of which have been delivered. I trusted the reputation of both the brand and mainly the dealership, only to be left with a serious mechanical failure and no accountability. What should have been an exciting ownership journey has turned into a stressful and unresolved situation. More

Went to the service center and worked with Chris Ramirez to schedule an appointment. I scheduled for today 05/13 at 9AM. I show up at the scheduled day/time and they have no appointment for me. They take my to schedule an appointment. I scheduled for today 05/13 at 9AM. I show up at the scheduled day/time and they have no appointment for me. They take my car but was not able to find me a loaner which was originally requested when scheduling the appointment. I wasted 2 hours there. I grabbed my keys and left. Clown show run by a bunch of clowns. More
Working with TJ Singh was great from the moment I scheduled a test drive with him to when we shook on the deal. I have dealt with many dealerships and Stevens Creek was by far the most transparent on scheduled a test drive with him to when we shook on the deal. I have dealt with many dealerships and Stevens Creek was by far the most transparent on pricing, fair on pricing and respectful in negotiations. I will be looking to Stevens Creek BMW first when I am looking for my next BMW. More

I have owned 18 BMWs in the last 40 years, ran by Stevens Creek BMW for the past 18 years. There are many choices in BMW dealerships in the Bay Area. I have owned 18 BMWs in the last 40 years, ranging in types and new vs used. Driving BMWs is always a pleasure; owning them has its positives and negatives as any BMW person knows. My all around experience with Stevens Creek has been quite positive. The majority of the people with whom I interact have been working there for a fairly long time, both in service and in sales. Whenever I have any kind of an issue with a car, they take care of me. This is huge and it is why I remain their customer. More
The person helping me was MR, Ron he was excellent i cant say enough about how great he was, but the nightmare started when his teammate got involved rude,manipulative sell person trying to bully me into a d say enough about how great he was, but the nightmare started when his teammate got involved rude,manipulative sell person trying to bully me into a deal that wasn't gonna work me, I was very specific and asked to run my credit 1 time and they run it 6 times, I have no idea why they did that because I was approved with the first bank they sent my application. I'm extremely unhappy about the way this ended. We didn't buy the car from them due to lack of respect for their customers, Mr, Ron needs a better team on his side. 5starts for Ron, negative 20 starts for the rest of the team. More
