Fantastic service/support-Traded 2020Tesla Y for 2025 Rivian R1S. TJ made it easy and seemless to test drive and check out the car. Jojo diligently set up the transaction for the trade and purchase. The 2 receptionists were supportive and were excellent at taking care of customers-they knew I needed some coffee when I did not know myself! the sign of good service. Lionel Lee was amazing as he walked through all the paperwork and really took care of me beyond the call of duty. To be frank-it was not what I expected at all-everyone was so on 'mark', pleasant, humorous and thoughtful-the sign of a good team! My second car 40 years ago was a 1973 BMW 2002 tii-so maybe this was like coming back home! I also had the honor to meet Chris Bangle, former head of BMW design, in Torino, Italy. Chris was similar to the Steven's creek experience-super smart, thoughtful, no 'airs'; just super talented and humorous. More
