I recently leased an i4 from this dealership and the whole process was chaotic. They made me unnecessarily wait so that they could make me agree to a bad deal. They told me that the higher rate is the current rate but when I went back home, it was lower and would make a material difference in the payment per month. I confronted them the next day and they weren’t willing to do anything about it. I have yet to contact BMW FS to complain and see what happens. They also somehow managed to lease me a loaner car. I had signed all the paperwork when they realized their mistake. My wife had gone home after signing the paperwork and she had to come back. Since it became so late, they couldn’t finish detailing so I had to come next day where I had to wait for 4 hours. More
