Despite the very poor reviews for Toyota Stevens Creek, we had a wonderful experience with Ford Schwartz, the Internet Sales Manager. He is an older man, was very willing to spend time answering all our questions, wasn't too pushy and patiently worked with us on negotiating the deal. We eventually could not come to an agreement on the price, but we walked away feeling sorry we could not close a deal. Deal with the right people here and you'll be fine. We heard the salesperson at the next table being very pushy with 2 customers that were trying to walk away because they couldn't agree on a price. More
