June 11, 2022- Upon arriving to the dealership, we parked in the visitor's parking. Mark Pascual immediately made me feel uncomfortable. After parking, my husband and I got out of the car to clean my one y in the visitor's parking. Mark Pascual immediately made me feel uncomfortable. After parking, my husband and I got out of the car to clean my one year old. This took approximately 10 minutes to do, all while Mark stood within 3 feet of us staring at us. I let that slide, because I did not know if they are required to come up to us as we arrive. I then stopped and uncomfortably said, "hi" to Mark. He was rude from the beginning, but I was unsure if he had a lack of pragmatics, so I continued talking to him. We walked indoors, and I started asking about the new car that runs on Hydrogen. I will be the first to admit I am not well versed in cars, so I started asking questions, such as, "I know the car runs on Hydrogen, but will it also run on gas?" He replied, "Hydrogen is a gas." I told him I understood that, but am confused because I've never seen a car like that before. He then said, "well yeah, it's electric." I asked what the difference between that car and a hybrid is. He replied, "well they're both electric just different." He said plenty other rude demeaning things to me, I finally discreetly asked him, "could you please get somebody else to help us? I don't like the way you are speaking to me." He then replied, "Sure, I'll get you a Spanish speaker." I was livid! My husband asked him why he would say such a thing to me. I told him, "I've been speaking English to you the whole time, and I think I speak it pretty well, especially as a Speech Language Pathologist, that was rude!" He then walked off and I had to find my own help. Needless to say, Toyota lost a sale on June 11, 2022. We had cash in hand to pay for a car in full. Instead, we went to Hyundai and bought a Tucson, all cash. It's sad that Mark Pascual judged a book by it's cover...your loss. More

Went into dealership with an appointment to test drive Sienna. Showed up and sales person was not available (no show). Another sales person helped me, but was NOT a good sales person. Did not have any Sienna. Showed up and sales person was not available (no show). Another sales person helped me, but was NOT a good sales person. Did not have any knowledge of how the hybrid worked or the regular maintenance schedule. Customer service was awful and people at the front desk, ignored me for 5 minutes, until I spoke up. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP... :( More

He declined to adjust the money and further did not hesitate a bit to lie on their commitment, When asked for his Manager, a Jason came on the call and LIED in my face that the store's policy was not to adjust the diagnostics charges in overall service cost. VERY Unethical business and Don't mind Lying to your face!!!! More

I wish I could give this dealership 6 stars! I just bought a used Toyota Mirai from them this past weekend, and I cannot imagine a better car buying experience. I wanted an eco-friendly car, and the d bought a used Toyota Mirai from them this past weekend, and I cannot imagine a better car buying experience. I wanted an eco-friendly car, and the deals that they have on Mirai's are so ridiculous the decision to buy was easy. But it went way beyond just the deal, the service and professionalism of this dealership was tremendous. The entire dealership team was exceptional, taking the time needed to answer all my questions and never pressuring me in any way. Special thanks to Ray Khandan, Elyas Amiri, and Sam in finance--they were all just great to work with. One other thing that has to be mentioned is they have their own Allstate office inside the dealership. How genius is that? It makes so much sense. In addition to the great deal I got on my car, the agency manager Ruby helped me save over $50 a month on my insurance! It was a total bonus. I can't recommend Stevens Creek Toyota enough. Plus I LOVE my new car, it is amazing! More
