Stevens Ford

Stevens Ford was great to deal with, very little haggeling over price and while driving to pick up my truck I got financing taken care of so I spent less that 20 minutes in the Finance department wi haggeling over price and while driving to pick up my truck I got financing taken care of so I spent less that 20 minutes in the Finance department without a lot of push to get extended warranties and GAP insurance. These people treated me great and I would strongly recommend checking them out before your next purchase. I drove 2 hours to work with them and I have 5 other Ford dealerships in my area. More

Will be back cause the truck still not running right...was smooth before change of plugs.. But will have to go back in with ones made for Ford wish they could of said that. I've had nothing but a great experience with Stevens Ford. Purchased my truck in June and was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes. They did the work they agreed to do in a timely fashion. No problems with stevens the dealership. Ford however wouldn’t replace a battery on 3year old truck with 29,000 miles. Experience has been good. Only problem every time they add DEF fluid it always spilled down the side of my truck. I know it is tough to add DEF without making a mess, but have pride to clean that off bef add DEF fluid it always spilled down the side of my truck. The service was good. I worked with Travis. He is good at his job. Pleasant to work with. The only issue I had was when I picked up my truck, I had to deal with a female and she was kind of rude.
