We've always been treated well at Stevens Ford, even though I bought our 2014 Escape at a dealer in Purcell, OK. I bought the 2020 Escape the other day, and had forgotten that I had my credit report blocked to prevent identity theft, and Stevens made it work, anyway. Their service department is awesome; I couldn't ask for better. They always explain what they've found, and if I need a rental, even at their expense, they always call across the street to Enterprise and make it happen.
