He responded quickly and, importantly to me, communicated by email, which was my preferred way of corresponding. Over the next five days, Tyler patiently answered my many questions while I considered different vehicles and purchase options. I never felt rushed to make a decision. His responses were timely, clear, and straightforward, which made it much easier for me to sort through the information and decide what was right for me. Once I decided to make the two-hour trip to Stevens Point to move forward with the purchase, Tyler worked around my schedule and made sure both he and the appropriate members of his team were available. Throughout the entire process, I felt that my questions were welcomed and answered honestly. The different options were explained clearly, and I never felt significant pressure to purchase something I didn’t want or need. I was especially appreciative of the amount of time Tyler spent with me after the sale was finalized. The timing/process of obtaining the Ioniq 5 was a bit bumpy but Tyler kept us updated on a regular basis over the several weeks it took for the vehicle to come in.
