The team at Stevens Point Hyundai were simply fantastic. This was the best auto purchasing experience I've ever had. Tyler, our sales person went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. And Omarr, sales manager, was outstanding in making sure the numbers came in just where we needed them to be. They did everything they could to make this happen. When it came to the financing, Lisa was very patient fielding my questions, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically these three people to work with if you're thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. More

Tyler was very informative, and extremely patient trying to teach 80+ year olds how the new technology works on new vehicles. We were very comfortable in our 2014 Explorer so he had stack of questions to a to teach 80+ year olds how the new technology works on new vehicles. When we had problems with the Homelink App he was quick to respond to our questions even after the deal was completed. The timing/process of obtaining the Ioniq 5 was a bit bumpy but Tyler kept us updated on a regular basis over the several weeks it took for the vehicle to come in.
