Despite multiple calls and emails, we faced endless delays and excuses. It’s shocking how accountability disappears when you need it the most. Instead of resolving our issue, they called to sell us a new car! This experience has shown me that we must demand accountability in every transaction. Detailed Summary • Initial Delay: Wife requested the warranty cancellation on May 29, 2025 (a week after the accident on May 22), it took until June 9 after I had to contact them and was fortunate to speak to Shane, the F&I manager, to send the necessary documents via DocuSign. • Lack of Follow-Through: Despite assurances on June 16 that the refund check was in the mail, it still hadn’t arrived by June 26.
