My 2017 Honda Pilot suddenly had flavor of Wilmington for a New Yorker and I have Greg Page of Stevenson-Hendrick Honda to thank. Here's my story. My 2017 Honda Pilot suddenly had warnings alerting me that my transmission system had a problem. Vacation interrupted while 700 miles from home, I called Stevenson-Hendrick and they got me in on Monday morning. Greg took care of me. Courteous and knowledgeable, he showed me around the spotless dealership and told me that in about a half hour he'd find me and tell me what the problem was diagnosed as. It took a little longer so Greg found me and told me that there'd be a little delay. Much appreciated to be kept in the loop. Once the problem was diagnosed Greg give me a time estimate and said I might do well to get lunch and my car would be ready shortly after. He offered a courtesy van, but I declined. He then suggested a quick walk to a local eatery that had great food. He was right. Great way to pass the time. Nice people and some good southern cooking. Moral of the story, Greg went that extra step to keep me in the loop, and gave me options to make a difficult day a little better. My car was fixed correctly and they even washed it before returning it. Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. If Greg is reflective of all the workers at this dealership, I would recommend it highly. The vacation continues. Thanks Greg. More
