John has always gone above and beyond to accommodate my hectic sche years now, and I can honestly say that he's one of the best I've ever dealt with. John has always gone above and beyond to accommodate my hectic schedule, he's always shot me straight, and he's never tried to "sell me" on things I didn't need. I've always followed John's advice, and my 2013 model Pilot (which has almost 300k miles on it) is still running perfectly as a result. John even went above and beyond by going to bat for me with my warranty company and getting a very expensive part covered that they initially said they would not cover. In addition to being an honest and trustworthy service advisor, John is just a genuinely nice guy and a pleasure to work with. More
