Jimmy Bartlett and Stevenson-Hendrick Honda gave me the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! Will definitely give them the first opportunity for business in the future. We located a used Lexus best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! Will definitely give them the first opportunity for business in the future. We located a used Lexus LX470 at Stevenson-Hendrick online. We live in Virginia Beach and were unable to see the car in-person on a Saturday. Jimmy put the car on a lift and used Facetime for a virtual walk-around of the vehicle. He was willing to show any/all parts of the vehicle so I could evaluate it. He even brought one of the mechanics over to answer a couple of questions he could not answer himself. I was comfortable enough to work a deal without physically being there and Jimmy made that process extremely easy. We came to an agreement quickly and arranged for me to pick up the vehicle the following Tuesday. I was flying down to Wilmington and planned on getting a cab from the airport, but Jimmy offered to pick me up from the airport and drive me to the dealership to take care of the purchase paperwork and pick up the vehicle. He even picked me up in the vehicle so I got a chance to ride in it back to the dealership. I'm sorry I don't remember the closing agent, but he was very knowledgeable and their technology used is great (everything is done electronically and they can send you home with all docs on a flash drive). The closing process was easy, and I was on the road home in about an hour and a half. I would highly recommend Jimmy Bartlett and Stevenson-Hendrick Honda Wilmington if you are looking for a vehicle, and if you are out-of-state, I would have no reservations about dealing with them. They absolutely are top-of-the-line. More
