I brought my 2021 CR-V in for service due to the touchscreen having a very slow start up time. Service Writer Greg Page was very understanding and sympathetic to my issue. I brought in a 2004 Honda Odyssey originally purchased new at Stevenson-Hendrick. The starting key tumbler had worn out from years of faithful service. Greg Page, Service Adviser, had seen the problem b new at Stevenson-Hendrick. The starting key tumbler had worn out from years of faithful service. Greg Page, Service Adviser, had seen the problem before and coordinated the technical solution with great customer relations and caring. When keys change, new keys must fit multiple car locks with a preference that both existing and new keys function properly in all locks. When initial repairs did not succeed on all locks, Greg coordinated the efforts of the team including the key technician to adjust keys, both old and new, to fit all locks. This matching of keys to original locks is tricky and requires serial numbers and digital key making not generally available. The service team stood by their quality promises with follow-up adjustments that achieved all points success for both old and new keys. Greg Page and all the other Service advisers maintained notably good customer relations and assured success over 2 different tries. Great job Greg, technician & others. You secured my confidence for the future with excellent follow-up. Thanks. More
