PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW ENTIRELY! This is a 100% positive, 5 star review, as I just don't have anything remotely negative to say! There is just so much I want anyone reading this to know about the people I encountered at Stevenson Hendrick Honda, and the car buying experience I had. And no, I was not paid to leave this stellar review LOL! I had been working with Alex and Ray for a couple of months (they had been on a serious and very specific 4Runner hunt for me). Changed mind after test driving the Honda Pilot. The Pilot felt "right" to me! I met some great people, and had an excellent team during my car buying process! ALEX - a newer Client Advisor that is very efficient, enthusiastic, diligent, friendly, and has great follow-up and customer service skills. He will do well in this business. RAY - Alex's trainer and seasoned Client Advisor with very high enthusiasm for selling cars. Ray is also very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. MATT - a seasoned Sales Manager who is also very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. RYAN - a seasoned Finance Manager who is also very friendly, thorough and detail oriented. And I can't leave out MIKE (who has a desk near Ray's). Mike, who is another Client Advisor, was eager to jump in and assist with answering questions, and with whom I engaged in friendly conversation with during the buying process. I wasn't his client, but that didn't matter! He was just as eager to help me as my team was! NOT ONCE, DID I ENCOUNTER ANY PRESSURE TO BUY A CAR FROM ANY MEMBER ON THIS TEAM! They were eager to sell one to me (that's their job) but the stereotypical "salesman pressure" was not observed during my experience! They were more concerned that I left feeling totally satisfied and happy with my purchase! I felt totally relaxed and comfortable during the entire process! I have to point this out because I was "WOWED" even more at this! The dealership closed at 8pm, and I was just starting the paperwork process at closing time. I offered to come back the next morning to finish the sale, but this team of people INSISTED on staying late so that I could take the vehicle home with me that night! I think it was after 10pm when I excitedly drove off the lot in my new Pilot! Thank you for going above and beyond guys! You truly made my day! The dealership itself: very, very nice! Very new and modern, LARGE, welcoming and comfortable and everyone is FRIENDLY and Welcoming! The dealership has all the amenities you would need or want during your visit there! I actually look forward to my service appointments as it will give me a chance to say hello to my team! It was such a pleasure getting to know, and working with my Sales / FInance team!
