I had bad experience before when getting service done to my van. It's been a couple of times I needed a loaner car and never able to get one. The service advisor I originally had wasn't pleasant to work wi my van. It's been a couple of times I needed a loaner car and never able to get one. The service advisor I originally had wasn't pleasant to work with at all. I've dealt with dealerships before mainly Leith BMW and never had problems when needing a loaner. I understand I didn't have major problems that would cause for them to have my car half the day or overnight but again dealerships I dealt with before never had this issue. I can understand if I was getting service done every month but it would literally be twice a year. Every since Robert Tate took over and gave me a new service advisor, Nicholas Fesser I've had nothing but the best experience. Took car in at 1:09 for a 1:15 appointment for just an oil change, The lady who took charge of our car received the keys back once the car was finished and parked out in the lot. Had a a strange no-start/sometime-start with my 2017 CRV, and managed to drive to the dealership. John Williams took my case and diagnosed the problem as a failing battery. after calling the Acura dealership and getting limited help, I called the Stevenson Honda dealer (my Acura is basically a Honda as we all know). Explained that I was going on a trip and needed A12 service help, I called the Stevenson Honda dealer (my Acura is basically a Honda as we all know).
