Refusd service I went to this dealer this AM, with an issue I was not sure about. The service personnel were not sure if it was an issue or not and neither was I. I went to this dealer this AM, with an issue I was not sure about. The service personnel were not sure if it was an issue or not and neither was I. I ask them to look at another car and was told to go see a sales rep, which I dd. He was not sure and was new, but did offer to go get a key and look at another car. He came back and told me he could not as I did not buy the car from there. I then told him car was bought in California and did I have to drive there to get service; after a very long pause,---he went and got another guy. Finally he did go look at anther car. Hard to believe I was denied . More
