Betty rocks! Betty was great! I have purchased a few vehicles and have never had as good of an experience as I had buying this one. Sometimes I am not the best per Betty was great! I have purchased a few vehicles and have never had as good of an experience as I had buying this one. Sometimes I am not the best person to deal with when it comes to vehicles. But you could tell right away she really cared about our concerns and worked every one out in a professional manner. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I only wish more dealerships had sales people like her. I will tell anyone I know that is in the market for a Honda to go to this dealership and ask for Betty. More

Great Sales Experience Shane Constantine was assigned as our sales adviser form my inquiries on the web (through Costco). We discussed what I was looking for and when I arr Shane Constantine was assigned as our sales adviser form my inquiries on the web (through Costco). We discussed what I was looking for and when I arrived at the dealership he came out promptly and had cars ready for my review. He ad one of the longer service supervisors address my question about the the difference between the 2018 and 2018 model transmission to my satisfaction. We then test drove the Pilot we purchased. The process was the smoothest car purchase I've made in 40+ years of buying cars. Irecommend Shane to all new customers More

A TOTAL waste of my time I made an appointment to replace a lost electronic key for a 2015 Honda CRV, They emailed me twice to confirm the appointment (making absolutely certa I made an appointment to replace a lost electronic key for a 2015 Honda CRV, They emailed me twice to confirm the appointment (making absolutely certain I would be there). I arrived on time, and was ushered to the waiting area. After 45 minutes, the rep comes and tells me they will be able to start on my car in 2-3 hours!, but it might possibly be 5-6 hrs before it was ready. Needless to say, I got hot and left. I took it to A1 Lock and Safe on Carolina beach road.A fellow named Doug had me finished in 10 minutes and on my way (price was a hundred bucks cheaper too!!! Then the Honda place had the nerve to call and want to reschedule another appointment! Really? More

Supposed to be new car experience I purchased a NEW CRV touring. The day after my purchase I found out the car had been repaired and spot painted, it had overspray from the paint all o I purchased a NEW CRV touring. The day after my purchase I found out the car had been repaired and spot painted, it had overspray from the paint all over it. the pinstripes were peeling off also the door edge guard was peeling off. My main concerns were the repair and paint and overspray. I went back to dealer and they denied that they would ever paint anything on a new car. they admitted overspray was on car. they took it and brought it back but it still had overspray on top that wasn't buffed off. The person that sold me the car gave me the run around from the beginning by saying we don't paint on new cars so after many put offs I took my car in to have overspray buffed off, pinstripes redone, Advisor said they would detail it and fix stripes. so this is OCTOBER . couldn't tell they did anything overspray still on it, they replaced the pinstripe part that came off with a different shade it was very unprofessionaly done it was crooked it just looked terrible. advisor wasn't there when I picked up and obviously it wasn't checked. so rather than have that crap on my new car I had someone to remove it all and I was charged dearly for those stripes. I was told I would get a loner car didn't happen. I think this happens to lots of women and I'm a senior citizen. More

I HAVE FOUN I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH JEREMIAH AT STEVENSON HONDA FOR MANY YEARS. HE HAS ALWAYS TAKEN EXCELENT CARE OF ME WHEN I CAME IN FOR SERVICE.
