He answered every question. When I told him, I had two other cars to look at before making a decision, he was gracious. Then once I decided, he made sure the entire process was flawless. Thank you so much, Ryan! Also Jeremiah is quite simply the very best service person in town -- and the reason there was a Honda on my list at the start of this process. More

Car searching and buying is not one of our favorite "to do items," due to the usual stress and pressure that is involved in the process. However, armed with our research and spreadsheet, we walked into Stevenson's Honda in search for the "perfect" SUV!Thanks to the knowledgeable Craig Hales and Anthony Schambers, who addressed all of our concerns and questions and provided detailed explanations of the many features, the process was made easy. Craig, Anthony, and Matt Banning (Sales manager) were professional yet personable, patient and understanding of our wants and trepidation of the process. Not only was the sales team terrific, but also Mike Mascavage, the Business Manager! Not only by guiding us through the purchasing process, but by thoroughly explaining the various warranty plans. This is our third car that we purchased there and we consulted Chad Brown for his opinion on the last two cars. He exemplifies great customer service every time that we have contacted him. We were very pleased with our salesman, Ryan Gause. He was very knowledgeable and professional and very patient. My wife had to have a red Honda Fit, and Ryan was able to make her happy. HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE! Lastly we met Uber Hernaderez in Finance. Uber was extremely helpful, gave us all of our options, but was not pushy. After he was almost done with the paperwork, my wife decided she also wanted her name on the title. Even though he had to do the paperwork all over again, he was extremely courteous and we were extremely satisfied with the entire process at Stevenson Honda. More
