While searching for a certain make and model for the past 6 months, I came across the exact model, color and combination I was looking for. He worked with me on my trade in (which I received fair market value) and also having a pre inspection purchase performed at a local dealership for the make and model I was interested in. Shane was professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. At no time did I ever get the feeling of being rushed in making my decision. Due to me coming from western Michigan, the dealership made sure I was informed of where to stay and go for dinner while in town. The client Advisor Hans provided me with all the details for my stay. Han’s The Finance Manager Henry had also made the transaction as streamlined as possible. Due to me already having my loan prepared from my credit union, I just needed to give the ok for the wire transfer. I would say I was in and out within 1 hour from inspecting the car and signing the documents.
