My Wife and I just purchased a 2012 Honda Civic from Craig Hales. This is my fourth car purchased at a dealership and was by far my best experience. We at no time felt pressured by Craig to make this Craig Hales. This is my fourth car purchased at a dealership and was by far my best experience. We at no time felt pressured by Craig to make this buy. He told us to talk amongst ourselves after taking us on our second test drive. After we bought the car that evening it still needed to go through a final inspection by the techs the next day. Craig sent me photos of the car on the lift so I could see the under side (I did not ask for this) and kept me informed throughout the day. He also came to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. He genuinely was happy to ensure we were satisfied customers. I also have to acknowledge Kevin in finance for his professionalism and advice. 5star / top tier treatment. I will be buying our next Honda from Stevenson - Hendrick Wilmington. Brian and Chelsey More
