I have purchased cars before and left the dealership feeling like “What just happened?”. So it was incredibly refreshing to work with the team at Stevenson-Hendrick Honda on our recent purchase of a 20 feeling like “What just happened?”. So it was incredibly refreshing to work with the team at Stevenson-Hendrick Honda on our recent purchase of a 2023 Honda Odyssey. Our old car had broken down on a road trip and was in Wilmington for a couple of weeks (we live in Charlotte). We showed up at the dealership with our car on a tow truck, intending to simply sell our old vehicle, with no plans to purchase a car. They happened to have a new Odyssey on the lot, which we test drove and decided that we really liked. Once we realized that we were interested in buying a car, the staff worked hard to make sure we left with a new car, but we never once felt pressured or rushed. During the course of our visit, we interacted with several team members: Kira, Dean, Bubba, Noah, Tyler, Shane, and Shankha. Every single person made sure we felt comfortable and made sure that we got what we needed out of our visit. Due to being from out of town and needing to drive back the same day, everyone worked to try to get us safely on our way as quickly as possible. Buying a car is always stressful, but the team at Stevenson-Hendrick Honda made it feel easy, even when there were road bumps in the process. Although it is a 3 and a half hour drive from Charlotte, I will definitely drive back down the next time I am car shopping, and would gladly recommend Stevenson-Hendrick Honda to anyone. More
