I need a 6th star for this one! ! I am floored with gratitude for Savannah and the Stevenson Honda team! I came in for a product recall (which they handled flawlessly) but when co ! I am floored with gratitude for Savannah and the Stevenson Honda team! I came in for a product recall (which they handled flawlessly) but when conducting the free inspection located the sources of the poor handling i had noticed developing over time. Being a typical busy mom, I never thought to look deeper, and I’m so glad they did!! They uncovered serious structural weaknesses and advocated with my warranty to cover everything possible even though my car is 8 years old. When an unforeseen complication arose, they covered the costs without me even asking! They even arranged for a rental car (nicer than my normal vehicle even lol) for me and covered the costs (along with the warranty) while they fixed the unforeseen issues that were genuinely not their fault. As a single mom who is admittedly vehicle-ignorant, this event made me feel like Stevenson had my back advocating for a safe vehicle and going far behind their duty to ensure services were as minimally costly as possible… see why i need that 6th star?!
