I usually do not write a review about a business. However, I would like to mention about my experience with Stevenson Hendrick Honda. I recently moved to Wilmington, NC from North West of New York Ci However, I would like to mention about my experience with Stevenson Hendrick Honda. I recently moved to Wilmington, NC from North West of New York City. A few days ago I noticed that the AC in my 2020 Honda Civic was not blowing cold air. I decided to take it to the dealer for diagnostic and repair since it is still under full warranty. I called Stevenson Hendrick Honda and made an appointment for the next day, which is usually not the norm with any dealer. Upon my arrival at the service department I was greeted by a Service Advisor, Jaleel, who was extremely courteous and professional. I was advised that there was hole in the condenser and it would take about two hours to repair. I was offered a ride/pick up to my home but decide to wait at the dealership. This dealership is amazingly clean, well organized and with very professional staff who make sure the client is not left isolated and forgotten. I was very impressed to find out that the dealership has a staff member whose task is to be a go-between the service department and the client in order to inform the client about their vehicle's service status at different intervals. This service is very unique and is not offered at any dealership, small or large, that I have had experience with. To close, I Hendrick Honda has earned my respect and future business. Kudos to the owner, management team and their great staff. More

I was pleased with everything except for the finalization of the paperwork. The issue there was the person that helped us kept pushing a warranty when we told him over and we didn’t want it.
